It seems these days madness generates fame.
Do something mad, say something mad and you may have a brush with celebrity status.
Media outfits are always on the lookout for outrageousness; the more comical, larger than life,
the better.
What is happening with the world?
Are we all getting mad? It's a silly, mad world out there.
What happened to our wisdom and common sense?
Thrown out the window, I suppose.
In olden days, mad people got scorned, locked up and ignored.
Now, the real world has turned virtual. Normality is lacklustre and therefore shall not make news.
We all want to get noticed and talked about.
We're all mad.
